General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 3sbd1 platform and all services connected to it. In these Terms, "we", "us", or "3sbd1" refers to the entity operating the platform, and "you" or "user" refers to any person accessing the platform.

3sbd1 operates as a secure and reliable online gaming and betting platform. SSL encryption and technical security measures are maintained on our platform to ensure fair play.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person or the same device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds will not be returned.

2.3 Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Creating an account with incorrect or false information is a violation of these Terms. 3sbd1 may request identity verification documents at any time, such as a copy of your national identity card or passport.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the 3sbd1 platform is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Every deposit must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency and Tax

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit at 3sbd1, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳14,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total of ৳22,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion can be claimed only once per account.
• Multiple members of the same household may not claim the same bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.3 Wagering Calculation

Bets placed on slots count 100% toward meeting the wagering requirement. The contribution from live casino and table games may differ — contact the support team for details. Winnings from free spins may be excluded from the wagering requirement.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.

• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain winnings unfairly.

Betting Rules

7.1 Betting Limits

Limitation of Liability

3sbd1 is not liable for the following:

• Financial, psychological, or social harm resulting from gambling.

In any circumstance, 3sbd1's maximum liability is limited to the amount you deposited in the most recent 12 months.

Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any withdrawable balance before closing your account. As part of responsible gaming, a temporary closure under the self-exclusion program is also available.

11.2 Closure at 3sbd1's Initiative

3sbd1 may close or suspend your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
